hi. i ordered 30 albums of dreamcatcher summer holiday but i only received 20 albums. so i am missing 10 albums and 10 pre-order photocards. what if i only got 20 entries into the fansign instead of 30 ??? that’s really not okay. i maybe missed the fansign because of this. please send me my last 10 albums with the pre-order photocards. and please also cover the customs fees because i dont want to pay 2 times. also just checked the pre-order photocards, i didn’t get any dami and handong. please contact me (laurynn.vtt@icloud.com) because the inquiry system isnt working. i have a video of the unboxing.
